Amundsen’s customer service was excellent. They put another pair in the mail same day. In the time it took that pair to get to me, I wore the other ones around my place a bit and could tell they were one of the most comfortable shoes I had worn. So I ordered them in the cowboy as well. I’m a photographer and I’m on my feet all the time, couldn’t be happier!
